Where are you based?
Sydney, Australia. All shipping within Australia is considered domestic shipping.

What is your return and exchange policy?
All sales are final – no returns or exchanges are accepted, so please be mindful of what you order! Read all descriptions carefully before purchasing. If your order is damaged or missing, please email orders@inkwjen.com with your name, order number and photo(s) of the order. We will do our best to sort something out for you!

Can I cancel / change my order?
If you’ve made a mistake in your order and it hasn’t been shipped out yet, we can cancel / change it for you. Please email us on orders@inkwjen.com as soon as you want to cancel / change, so that you can minimise any potential losses.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, shipping is worldwide! However, the customer is responsible for paying any extra fees that may arise. You can use the shipping calculator to see your options for delivery.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
I use AusPost to deliver all packages.
After you have placed your order, please allow 1-2 business days for it to be processed. After that, depending on whether you are an international or domestic delivery, it may take up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive. Please be mindful of this if you are planning to order something as a gift. You can check here if you want a better estimate for delivery times.
